1. Can you supply the necessary documentation? Yes, we can provide a variety of documentation including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other export documents as required.
2. What is the average lead time?
For samples, our lead time is approximately 7 days, ensuring rapid access to prototypes.
For mass production, the lead time is typically between 20-30 days following receipt of the deposit payment.
These lead times are initiated once (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final product approval.
If our lead times do not align with your schedule, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. Regardless, we will make every effort to
accommodate your needs. In most instances, we are able to fulfill these requirements.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can remit payments to our bank account, Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% due upon receipt of the B/L copy. Alternatively,an irrevocable LC at sight is also acceptable.

6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs are contingent on the method of delivery you choose. Express delivery is generally the fastest but also the most expensive option.
Sea freight is often the most economical choice for large quantities. We can provide exact freight rates once we know the specifics of the
