The shearing machine warranty period is 2 years, and shear blades warranty period is 1 year from the bill of lading date. If accessories are damaged during the warranty period (excluding improper handling), replacements are provided free of charge.
For Installation & Commissioning engineers going overseas, the customer covers visa charges, round-trip plane tickets, daily business travel allowance, and local accommodations.
Video technical support is available upon machine receipt. All emails are answered within 12 hours, and social media messages are addressed promptly.
