Steel Plate Welding
Steel frames are annealed at over 600 degrees to relieve stress, ensuring durability through years of heavy use without distortion. Automatic
pallet system supports over 1800kg, providing less vibration and greater accuracy. The machine's
frames are reinforced to prevent twists and deformation. The robust frame is securely joined to the chassis by steel
bars for added stability.
Aluminum Beam
The beam body is crafted using an overall aluminum casting method. Annealing eliminates internal stress during the process, which includes
casting → annealing stress → rough machining → vibration aging → semi-finishing → vibration aging → finish machining. Post-tempering ensures the strength, rigidity, and stability of the beam, providing long-term precision.
Designed primarily for high-speed cutting with high-power laser cutting machines, ensuring effective performance.
