Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other export documents as required.

2. What is the average lead time?
For machines in stock, the lead time is within one week. For mass production, it ranges from 20-35 working days after receiving the deposit payment.
Lead times begin when (1) we receive your deposit, and (2) we secure your final product approval.
If our lead times conflict with your deadlines, please discuss your requirements with our sales team. We strive to accommodate your needs and, in most cases, can do so.

3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
