1. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Absolutely, we can provide a comprehensive set of documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and any other necessary export documents.
2. What is the average lead time?
For in-stock machines, the lead time is typically within one week. For mass production orders, expect a lead time of 20-35 working days after deposit payment is received.
Lead times commence upon: (1) receipt of your deposit, and (2) final product approval.
If our lead times do not align with your project deadlines, please communicate with our sales team. We are committed to
meeting your needs and can usually accommodate special timelines.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made to our bank account, via Western Union, or through PayPal: 30% deposit upfront, 70% balance upon B/L copy. Alternatively, you may use
an irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) at sight.

6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs vary based on the chosen delivery method. Express is the fastest and most expensive, while sea freight is cost-effective for large shipments. Exact freight costs will be provided once we have complete details. Contact us for more information.
