1. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Absolutely, we can provide a comprehensive set of documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and any other necessary export documents.
2. What is the average lead time?
For in-stock machines, the lead time is typically within one week. For mass production orders, expect a lead time of 20-35 working days after deposit payment is received.
Lead times commence upon: (1) receipt of your deposit, and (2) final product approval.
If our lead times do not align with your project deadlines, please communicate with our sales team. We are committed to
meeting your needs and can usually accommodate special timelines.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made to our bank account, via Western Union, or through PayPal: 30% deposit upfront, 70% balance upon B/L copy. Alternatively, you may use
an irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) at sight.
4. What is the product warranty?
We stand behind the quality of our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Whether under warranty or not, our company's culture is to resolve all customer issues to your satisfaction.
5. Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we utilize superior export packaging materials. For hazardous goods, we use specialized packing, and for temperature-sensitive items, we use validated cold storage shippers. Custom and non-standard packing may incur additional charges.
6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs vary based on the chosen delivery method. Express is the fastest and most expensive, while sea freight is cost-effective for large shipments. Exact freight costs will be provided once we have complete details. Contact us for more information.
