1. Can you supply the relevant documentation? Yes, we can provide most documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other export documents where required.
2. What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is approximately 7 days.
For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days post deposit payment.
Lead times are effective upon (1) receipt of your deposit and (2) final product approval.
If our lead times don't align with your deadlines, please discuss your requirements with our sales team. We strive to accommodate your needs whenever possible.

3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made to our bank account, via Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance upon copy of B/L.
Payment Terms: Payment is to be made through an irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) at sight.

Please note: Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.
6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs vary based on the chosen method. Express delivery is the fastest but also the most expensive option.
For large quantities, sea freight is the optimal solution. We can provide exact freight rates once we know the details of the
