1. Can you supply the relevant documentation? Yes, most documentation including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other export documents are available upon request.
2. What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is approximately 7 days.
For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment.
Lead times become effective upon (1) receipt of your deposit, and (2) your final product approval.
If our lead times do not align with your deadline, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative.
We will make every effort to accommodate your needs, and in most cases, we are successful.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made to our bank account, via Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
We accept an irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) at sight, ensuring a secure and reliable transaction.

6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs are determined by the method of transport you choose. Express delivery is typically the fastest but also the most expensive.
For large shipments, sea freight is the most economical option. We can provide exact freight rates once we have details on the
