1. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other required export documents.
2. What is the average lead time?
For machines in stock, the lead time is within one week. For mass production, it is 20-35 working days after receiving the deposit payment.
Lead times become effective when (1) your deposit is received, and (2) we have your final approval for the products.
If our lead times do not suit your deadline, discuss your needs with your sales representative. We'll make every effort to accommodate your requirements.

3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

Yes, we use high-quality export packaging. We also use specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature-sensitive items. Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.
6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on the method chosen to receive the goods. Express is fastest but most expensive. Seafreight is best for large quantities. We can give exact freight rates once we know details of amount, weight, and method. Contact us for further information.
