1. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide a comprehensive set of documentation including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other required export documents.
2. What is the average lead time?
For machines in stock, the lead time is within one week. For mass production, the lead time is 20-35 working days after receiving the deposit payment.
Lead times become effective once (1) we have received your deposit and (2) we have your final product approval.
If our lead times do not meet your deadline, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs, and in most cases, we are able to do so.

Yes, we always use high-quality export packaging. We also utilize specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature-sensitive items. Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.
6. How about the shipping fees?
The shipping cost depends on the method you choose for transportation. Express is typically the quickest but also the most expensive. Sea freight is the best option for large volumes.
