Steel Plate Welding
Our steel frames undergo annealing at over 600 degrees to relieve stress, ensuring they can withstand years of heavy use without distortion. The automatic
pallet system supports a loading weight of over 1800kg. A heavier frame results in less vibration and greater precision. The machine
frames are fortified to minimize twists and deformation, with the robust frame firmly connected to the chassis by steel
bars.
Aluminum Beam
The beam body is manufactured using an overall aluminum casting method. The process includes annealing to eliminate internal stress, followed by rough machining,
vibration aging, semi-finishing, vibration aging, and final machining. The beam is tempered to ensure strength, rigidity, and stability, providing long-term precision for high-speed cutting.
Primarily suited for high-speed cutting with high-power laser machines, guaranteeing effective performance.
