1. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide a comprehensive range of documentation including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and any other necessary export documents.
2. What is the average lead time?
For machines in stock, the lead time is within one week. For mass production, the lead time is 20-35 working days after receiving the deposit payment.
Lead times commence when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products.
If our lead times do not align with your deadline, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. We will endeavor
to accommodate your needs wherever possible. In most cases, we are able to do so.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make the payment to our bank account, via Western Union or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Alternatively,irrevocable LC at sight is also accepted.

5. Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we consistently use high-quality export packaging. For dangerous goods, we employ specialized hazard packing, and for temperature-sensitive items, we use validated cold storage shippers. Special packaging and non-standard requirements may incur an additional charge.
6. How about the shipping fees?
The shipping cost varies depending on the delivery method you choose. Express is typically the quickest but also the most expensive option. Sea freight is ideal for larger quantities. Exact freight rates can be provided once we know the details of the amount, weight, and shipping method. Please contact us for further information.
