Steel Plate Welding
The steel frames undergo annealing at over 600 degrees to relieve stress, ensuring durability for years of heavy use without distortion. An auto
changing pallet system allows a loading weight of over 1800kg. A heavier frame means minimal vibration and superior accuracy. The machine

The beam body adopts an overall aluminum casting method. Annealing eliminates internal stress and processes. The manufacturing sequence is

1. Can you supply the relevant documentation? Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other export documents as required.
2. What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is approximately 7 days.
For mass production, the lead time is typically 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment, ensuring swift and efficient delivery.
The lead times become effective under two conditions: (1) upon receipt of your deposit, and (2) once we have your final product approval.
If our lead times do not align with your deadlines, please discuss your specific requirements with your sales representative. We are committed to
accommodating your needs and, in most cases, can successfully do so.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make payments to our bank account, via Western Union, or PayPal. We require a 30% deposit in advance and the remaining 70% against the copy of B/L. Alternatively,we accept an irrevocable LC at sight.

6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on the method chosen for delivery. Express is usually the quickest but also the most expensive option.
Sea freight is the most economical choice for large quantities. Precise freight rates can be provided once we know the details of the
