Anti-twist System

Anti-twist system contrasts the piece warping by pushing it against the upper blade.
The unique Anti-Twist system of kingball guillotine shears consists of a series of hydraulic cylinders placed below the lower
blade, which support the sheet metal against the upper blade.
The cylinders exert a counter-pressure in proportion to the thickness, thus compensating the twist effect of the sheet.

1. The shearing machine warranty period is 2 years and shear blades warranty period is 1 year, will run since bill of lading date,if the accessories appear damaged during the warranty period, except for damage caused by improper human handling, we can replace them for the buyer for free. 
2. For Installation & Commissioning engineer go oversea, the customer needs pay for visa apply charges, a round-trip ticket for plane, 100USD per day for the engineer's business travel allowance from he takes the plane until he takes plane back, and cover the local accommodations.
3. We can also provide the video technical support when you receive the machine for your reference.
4. All mails will be replied in the first time within 12 hours, all social software message will be dealt with in real time.

For samples, the lead time is about 7 days.

For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment.
The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products.
