1. Can you supply the relevant documentation? 
Yes, we can provide most documents, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other necessary export documentation.

2. What is the average lead time?
For in-stock machines, the lead time is within one week. For mass production, it is 20-35 working days after the deposit payment is received.
Lead times start once (1) we receive your deposit, and (2) you give final product approval.
If our lead times conflict with your deadline, discuss your requirements with your sales representative. We strive to
accommodate your needs and are usually able to do so.

3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made to our bank account, via Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L, or through an irrevocable LC at sight.

4. What is the product warranty?
We warranty our materials and workmanship, with a commitment to your satisfaction. Regardless of warranty status, our company culture focuses on addressing and resolving all customer issues to mutual satisfaction.

5. Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we use high-quality export packaging, specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods, and validated cold storage shippers for temperature-sensitive items. Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur additional charges.

6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on the delivery method. Express is the quickest but most expensive. Sea freight is the best for large volumes. Accurate freight rates can be provided once we know the quantity, weight, and delivery details. Contact us for further information.
