1. Can you supply the relevant documentation? Yes, we provide various documents including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other export documents as required.
2. What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is approximately 7 days.
For mass production, it takes 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment.
Lead times start when (1) we receive your deposit, and (2) we have your final product approval.
If these lead times do not meet your deadline, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. We will make every effort to
accommodate your needs, and in most cases, we can do so.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made to our bank account, via Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, and 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
