1. Can you supply the relevant documentation? Yes, we provide most documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other necessary export documents.
2. What is the average lead time?
Lead time for samples is approximately 7 days.
For mass production, our lead time is a swift 20-30 days from the moment we receive your deposit payment.
Lead times become effective when: (1) We have received your deposit, and (2) We have your final approval on the products.
If our lead times do not align with your deadline, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. Rest assured, we will make every effort to
accommodate your needs, and in most cases, we successfully do so.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make payments to our bank account, Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Alternatively,we accept an irrevocable LC at sight.
4. What is the product warranty?

5. Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we always utilize high-quality export packaging to ensure safe delivery.
We also use specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature-sensitive items.
Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.
6. How about the shipping fees?
The shipping cost depends on the method you choose for delivery. Express is typically the fastest yet also the most expensive.
For larger shipments, seafreight is the most economical option. We can provide exact freight rates once we know the details of
