Steel Plate Welding
Steel frames undergo annealing at over 600 degrees to relieve stress, ensuring years of heavy use without distortion. Automatic
pallet changing system supports loading weights up to 1800kg. Heavier frames reduce vibration and enhance precision. The machine
frames are robustly reinforced to minimize twists and deformation. The strong frame is securely joined to the chassis with steel
bars.
Aluminum Beam
The beam is created using overall aluminum casting and undergoes annealing to eliminate internal stress. The process includes
casting → annealing stress relief → rough machining → vibration aging → semi-finishing → vibration aging → final machining. Post-tempering, the beam maintains strength, rigidity, and stability, providing consistent precision for high-speed cutting of
high-power laser cutting machines.

2. What is the average lead time?
For samples, we pride ourselves on offering a swift lead time of approximately 7 days.
For mass production, our efficient processes ensure a lead time of 20-30 days after your deposit payment is received.
Lead times commence when (1) we have confirmed receipt of your deposit, and (2) we have your final product approval.
If our lead times do not align with your project deadlines, please discuss your specific requirements with your sales representative. We will make every effort to
accommodate your needs, and in most instances, we are successfully able to do so.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make payments via our bank account, Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit upfront, 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Alternatively,we accept irrevocable LC at sight.
