1. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide most documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other necessary export documents.
2. What is the average lead time?
For in-stock machines, the lead time is within one week. For mass production, it takes 20-35 working days post deposit payment.
Lead times become effective once (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final product approval.
If our lead times do not match your deadlines, discuss your requirements with our sales team. We will always strive to meet your needs.

3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment to our bank account, Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L, or irrevocable LC at sight.irrevocable LC at sight.

5. Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we always use high-quality export packaging. We also offer specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature-sensitive items. Specialized packaging may incur additional charges.
6. How about the shipping fees?
The shipping cost depends on your chosen method. Express is the fastest but most expensive. Sea freight is ideal for large quantities. We can provide exact freight rates once we have details of amount, weight, and shipping method. Contact us for more information.
