Our steel frames undergo annealing at over 600 degrees to relieve stress, ensuring longevity and durability under heavy-duty use without distortion. The automatic
pallet changing system supports loads up to 1800 kg. A heavier frame translates to less vibration, superior accuracy, and the machine
frames are reinforced to minimize twists and deformation. The robust frame is seamlessly joined to the chassis by steel
bars, ensuring structural integrity.

The beam is crafted using an overall aluminum casting method. Following annealing to eliminate internal stress and a series of processes, including

1. Can you supply the relevant documentation? Yes, we can provide most documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other required export documents.
2. What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is approximately 7 days.
For mass production, our lead time is efficiently set at 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment.
Lead times commence once two conditions are met: (1) receipt of your deposit, and (2) final approval of your products.
If our lead times conflict with your deadlines, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. We are committed
to accommodating your needs and, in most cases, successfully do so.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make payments via our bank account, Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance upon receipt of the B/L copy. Or,you may opt for an irrevocable LC at sight.

The shipping cost depends on your chosen method of delivery. Express is generally the quickest but also the most costly option.
Seafreight is the optimal solution for large quantities. Accurate freight rates can be provided once we know the details of
