Steel Plate Welding
Steel frames undergo annealing at over 600 degrees to relieve stress. Built to withstand years of heavy use without distortion. Auto
Changing Pallet System allows over 1800kg loading weight. A heavier frame means less vibration and better accuracy. The machine
frames are fortified to minimize twists and deformation, with the robust frame joined to the chassis by reinforced steel bars.
Bars.
Aluminum Beam
The beam body adopts an overall aluminum casting method. Annealing eliminates internal stress and processes. The detailed process is
Casting → Annealing Stress → Rough Machining → Vibration Aging → Semi-finishing → Vibration Aging → Finish Machining. After tempering, it is machined for guaranteed strength, rigidity, and stability.
Ensures precision is maintained, offering effective guarantees for high-speed cutting in high-power laser cutting machines.

FAQ
1. Can you supply the relevant documentation? Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other export documents where required.
2. What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is about 7 days.
For large-scale manufacturing, our streamlined processes ensure a lead time of just 20-30 days after receiving your deposit payment.
Lead times commence once (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) final product approval is secured from you.
Should our lead times conflict with your deadlines, please discuss your specific needs with your sales representative. Rest assured,
we strive to accommodate your requirements and, most often, we succeed in doing so.

our company's culture to address and resolve all customer issues to every customer's satisfaction.
5. Do you guarantee safe and secure product delivery?
Absolutely, we use premium export packaging for all shipments.
For hazardous goods, we employ specialized hazard packaging, and for temperature-sensitive items, we use validated cold storage shippers.
Specialist and non-standard packaging requirements may incur an additional fee.
6. What about shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on the delivery method chosen. Express shipping is the fastest but most expensive option.
For large volumes, seafreight is the most economical choice. We can provide specific freight rates once we know the details of the
