The shearing machine warranty period is 2 years, and shear blades warranty period is 1 year from the bill of lading date. If accessories are damaged during the warranty period (excluding improper human handling), we will replace them for free.
For overseas installation & commissioning engineers, the customer is responsible for visa charges, round-trip plane tickets, daily business travel allowance, and local accommodations.
We provide video technical support upon machine receipt for reference. All emails will be replied to within 12 hours, and social media messages will be addressed in real-time.
We regularly update customers on machine production progress through photos and videos, ensuring continuous order follow-up and customer feedback.
