1. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other necessary export documents.

For machines in stock, the lead time is within one week. For mass production, it is 20-35 working days after deposit payment.
Lead times become effective once we have received your deposit and your final approval for the products.
If our lead times do not align with your deadlines, discuss your requirements with our sales team.

3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made to our bank account, via Western Union or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L.Alternatively, we accept irrevocable letters of credit (LC) at sight.
