Steel Plate Welding
The steel frames undergo annealing at over 600 degrees to relieve stress. Built to endure years of heavy use without distortion. The automated
pallet changing system supports over 1800kg load. A heavier frame ensures reduced vibration and enhanced accuracy. The machine
frames are reinforced to minimize twisting and deformation. The robust frame is secured to the chassis with steel bars for optimal stability.
Aluminum Beam
The beam body is constructed using an overall aluminum casting method, with annealing to eliminate internal stress. The process includes
casting → annealing stress → rough machining → vibration aging → semifinishing → vibration aging → finish machining. This sequence ensures the beam's strength, rigidity, and stability. The precision of the beam remains consistent over time,
providing guaranteed high-speed cutting efficiency for high power laser cutting machines.
