1. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide most documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other required export documents.
2. What is the average lead time?
For machines in stock, the lead time is within one week. For mass production, it is 20-35 working days after receiving the deposit.
The lead times start once (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final product approval.
If our lead times conflict with your deadline, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. We will strive to
accommodate your needs, and in most cases, we can do so.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via bank transfer, Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Alternatively,irrevocable LC at sight is accepted.
4. What is the product warranty?
We warranty our materials and workmanship, ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Whether under warranty or not, it is our
company culture to resolve all customer issues to everyone's satisfaction.
5. Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we use high-quality export packaging. We also employ specialized packaging for hazardous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature-sensitive items. Specialist and non-standard packaging requirements may incur additional charges.
6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on the delivery method. Express is the fastest but most expensive. Sea freight is cost-effective for large volumes. Exact freight rates depend on details like amount, weight, and shipping method. Please contact us for more information.
