1. Can you supply the relevant documentation? Yes, we can provide most documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other export documents where required.
2. What is the average lead time?
For samples, we ensure a swift lead time of approximately 7 days.
For mass production, expect a lead time of 20-30 days following the receipt of your deposit payment.
Lead times are initiated when (1) your deposit is received and (2) we have your final product approval.
If our lead times conflict with your deadlines, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. We will always strive to
accommodate your needs, and in most cases, we are able to do so.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can remit payments to our bank account, through Western Union, or PayPal. Terms are 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance upon receipt of the copy of B/L. Alternatively, anirrevocable LC at sight is acceptable.
