Steel Plate Welding
Steel frames are stress-relieved by annealing at over 600 degrees. Built for durability withstanding years of heavy use without warping. Automatic
pallet-changing system supports up to 1800kg. A heavier frame ensures reduced vibration and enhanced precision. The machine's
robust frames are reinforced with steel bars to minimize twisting and deformation, with the frame securely bonded to the chassis.
Aluminum Beam
The beam employs overall aluminum casting, with stress elimination through annealing. The process involves
casting → annealing stress → rough machining → vibration aging → semi-finishing → vibration aging → final machining. Post-tempering machining ensures high strength, rigidity, and stability, maintaining

1. Can you supply the relevant documentation? Yes, we can provide most documents, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other necessary export documentation.
2. What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is approximately 7 days.
For mass production, we ensure a swift lead time of 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment.
Lead times commence as soon as (1) we receive your deposit, and (2) we obtain your final product approval.
If our lead times do not align with your deadline, please discuss your specific requirements with your sales representative. We will strive to
accommodate your needs, and in most instances, we successfully manage to do so.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make payments via our bank account, Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit upfront, 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Alternatively,an irrevocable LC at sight is also acceptable.

Shipping costs depend on the delivery method you choose. Express is typically the fastest but also the most expensive option.
For large quantities, seafreight is the most cost-effective solution. We can provide precise freight rates once we know the details of
