Yes, we can provide most documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance documents, Certificates of Origin, and other required export documents.

2. What is the average lead time?
If the machine is in stock, the lead time is within one week. For mass production, it takes 20-35 working days post deposit payment.
The lead times start when (1) your deposit is received, and (2) your final product approval is obtained.
If our lead times do not match your deadlines, discuss your requirements with our sales team. We endeavor to meet your needs wherever possible.
In most cases, we can accommodate your timelines.

3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made through our bank account, Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit upfront, 70% balance against the copy of B/L, or an irrevocable LC at sight.Irrevocable LC at sight.
