Steel Plate Welding
Our steel frames undergo annealing at over 600 degrees to relieve stress, ensuring longevity and resistance to distortion. The auto-changing pallet system supports up to 1800kg, enhancing stability and precision.
A heavier frame means reduced vibration and superior accuracy. Frames are reinforced to prevent twists and deformation, with robust integration of the chassis by steel bars.
The reinforced frame minimizes twists and deformation, ensuring a robust connection to the chassis.
Aluminum Beam
The beam body utilizes overall aluminum casting and undergoes annealing to eliminate internal stress. The meticulous process of casting, annealing, rough machining, vibration aging, semi-finishing, vibration aging, and finish machining ensures unparalleled strength, rigidity, and stability.
The beam undergoes tempering and machining, ensuring long-term precision and stability, which is crucial for high-speed cutting.

FAQ
1. Can you supply the relevant documentation? Yes, we can provide most documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other required export documents.
2. What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is approximately 7 days.
For mass production, expect a lead time of 20-30 days after we receive your deposit.
Lead times commence once (1) your deposit is received, and (2) you approve the final product design.
If our standard lead times do not align with your deadlines, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. We endeavor to
accommodate your needs and are often able to do so.
3. What types of payment methods do you accept?

culture of our company to resolve all customer issues to everyone's satisfaction.
5. Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we always use high-quality export packaging.
Additionally, we employ specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature-sensitive items.
Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.
6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on the delivery method chosen. Express shipping is typically the fastest but also the most expensive.
For large quantities, seafreight is often the most economical. Exact freight rates can only be provided once we know the details of the
amount, weight, and method. Please contact us for further details.
