Steel Plate Welding
Our steel frames are stress-relieved by annealing at temperatures exceeding 600 degrees, ensuring durability for years of heavy usage without warping. The
automatic pallet system supports up to 1800kg load weight. The more robust frame results in reduced vibrations and enhanced precision. The machine
frames are fortified to minimize torsion and deformation, while the sturdy frame is securely attached to the chassis using steel
bars.

1. Can you supply the relevant documentation? Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other required export documents.
2. What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is approximately 7 days.
For mass production, expect a lead time of 20-30 days post receipt of the deposit payment.
Lead times commence when (1) your deposit is received, and (2) you provide final approval for your products.
If our lead times don't align with your deadline, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. We will always strive to
accommodate your needs. In most cases, we can meet your requirements.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make the payment to our bank account, via Western Union or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Alternatively,irrevocable LC at sight.

6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on your chosen delivery method. Express is typically the fastest but also the most expensive.
Sea freight is the best option for large quantities. Exact freight rates can be provided once we know the specific
