Steel Plate Welding
Steel frames undergo annealing at over 600°C to relieve stress. Designed for years of heavy-duty use without distortion. Automatic
pallet system allows for over 1800kg loading capacity. A more substantial frame means reduced vibration and increased accuracy. The machine
frames are reinforced to minimize twisting and deformation. The robust frame is securely joined to the chassis using steel
bars for added stability.
Aluminum Beam
The beam body is crafted using an overall aluminum casting process. Internal stress is eliminated through annealing, followed by a series of precise machining steps.
The process includes casting, annealing, rough machining, vibration aging, semi-finishing, and final machining. Post-tempering ensures the strength, rigidity, and stability of the beam, maintaining long-term precision. Ideal for high-speed cutting with high-power laser machines.
Maintained for long-term precision. Provides an effective guarantee for the high-speed cutting of high-power laser cutting machines.
