Our steel frames undergo annealing at over 600 degrees to relieve stress. Built to last years of heavy use without distortion. The automatic
changing pallet system supports over 1800kg loading weight. A heavier frame yields less vibration and superior accuracy. The machine

1. Can you supply the relevant documentation? Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other export documents as required.
2. What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is approximately 7 days.
For mass production, our efficient lead time ranges between 20-30 days after receiving your deposit payment.
Lead times become effective once (1) we receive your deposit, and (2) we obtain your final approval for the products.
Should our lead times not align with your deadlines, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. We will make every effort to
accommodate your needs. In most cases, we are able to meet your requirements successfully.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You may make payments to our bank account, via Western Union, or PayPal. The terms are 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Alternatively, anirrevocable LC at sight is also acceptable.
4. What is the product warranty?

Specialist and non-standard packaging requirements may incur additional charges.
6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on the delivery method you choose. Express is the fastest but also the most expensive.
Sea freight is ideal for large quantities. We can provide exact freight rates once we have the details of
