Steel Plate Welding
Steel frames undergo annealing at over 600 degrees to relieve stress. Built to endure years of heavy use without distortion. The automatic
pallet system accommodates up to 1800kg. A heavier frame reduces vibration, enhancing accuracy. The machine
frames are reinforced to minimize twists and deformation, with the robust frame connected to the chassis by steel
bars.
Aluminum Beam
The beam body utilizes an overall aluminum casting method. Annealing eliminates internal stress, and the process includes
casting, annealing stress relief, rough machining, vibration aging, semifinishing, final vibration aging, and finish machining. The machine undergoes precise machining post-tempering, ensuring the strength, rigidity, and stability of the beam, thereby maintaining
its precision over long periods. Specifically designed to ensure high-speed cutting performance for high-power laser cutting machines.

5. Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we always employ high-quality export packaging.
We also utilize specialized hazardous packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage containers for temperature-sensitive items.
Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur additional charges.
6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on the delivery method you choose. Express is typically the fastest but also the most expensive option.
For large volumes, seafreight is the most economical solution. We can provide exact freight rates once we know the details of the
