1. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we provide comprehensive documentation including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other export documents as needed.
2. What is the average lead time?
For machines in stock, the lead time is within one week. For mass production, it ranges from 20 to 35 working days post deposit payment.
Lead times start once we have received your deposit and your final product approval.
If our lead times do not align with your deadlines, please discuss your requirements with our sales team. We aim to
accommodate your needs and are usually able to do so.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made via our bank account, Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit upfront, 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Alternatively,an irrevocable LC at sight is accepted.
4. What is the product warranty?
We guarantee our materials and workmanship. Our commitment extends to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Whether in warranty or not, it is in

5. Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we use top-quality export packaging. Specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature-sensitive items are also available. Additional charges may apply for specialist and non-standard packing requirements.
6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on the delivery method. Express is the fastest but most expensive. Seafreight is optimal for large quantities. Exact freight rates require details of the amount, weight, and delivery method. Contact us for further information.
