1. Can you supply the relevant documentation? Yes, we can provide most documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other export documents as required.
2. What is the average lead time?
For sample orders, our lead time is approximately 7 days.
For mass production orders, the lead time ranges between 20-30 days after we've received your deposit payment.
Lead times commence once (1) your deposit is received, and (2) we have obtained your final approval for the products.
If our lead times do not align with your deadlines, please consult with your sales representative. In all cases, we will strive to
meet your requirements. In most instances, we are able to do so.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make payments to our bank account, via Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit upfront, and 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Alternatively, anirrevocable LC at sight is also accepted.

6. How about the shipping fees?
The shipping cost depends on the method you choose for delivery. Express is typically the quickest but also the most expensive method.
Seafreight is the most cost-effective solution for large quantities. Exact freight rates can only be provided if we know the details of
