1. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide comprehensive documentation including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and any other required export documents.
2. What is the average lead time?
For in-stock machines, the lead time is within one week. For mass production, it is 20-35 working days post deposit payment.
Lead times start once (1) we receive your deposit and (2) you provide final approval for your products.
If our lead times conflict with your deadlines, please discuss your requirements with our sales team. We strive to accommodate your needs.
In most cases, we successfully meet customer deadlines.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made to our bank account, via Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the B/L copy. Alternatively, an irrevocable LC at sight.irrevocable LC at sight.
4. What is the product warranty?
We guarantee the quality of our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to your satisfaction. We address all customer concerns, in or out of warranty.

5. Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we use premium export packaging. Specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage for temperature-sensitive items are available. Non-standard packaging may involve extra charges.
6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on your chosen delivery method. Express is fastest but costliest. Sea freight is ideal for large shipments. We provide exact freight rates based on shipment details. Contact us for more information.
