1. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide most documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other required export documents.
2. What is the average lead time?
For in-stock machines, the lead time is within one week. For mass production, the lead time ranges from 20-35 working days post receipt of deposit payment.
These lead times become effective when (1) we receive your deposit and (2) we obtain your final product approval.
If our lead times do not match your deadline, please discuss your requirements with your salesperson. We will make every effort to
accommodate your needs, and in most cases, we are successful in doing so.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make payments via our bank account, Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance against the copy of B/L, orthrough an irrevocable LC at sight.
4. What is the product warranty?
We guarantee our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction with our products, whether in warranty or not.

5. Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we use high-quality export packaging, specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods, and validated cold storage shippers for temperature-sensitive items. Specialist and non-standard packing requirements may incur additional charges.
6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on your chosen delivery method. Express is usually the fastest but also the most expensive. Sea freight is ideal for large quantities. For exact freight rates, we need details on the amount, weight, and delivery method. Please contact us for more information.
