1. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide most documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other necessary export documents.
2. What is the average lead time?
For machines in stock, the lead time is within one week. For mass production, the lead time is 20-35 working days after receiving the deposit payment.
These lead times become effective once (1) we have received your deposit and (2) we have your final product approval.
If our lead times do not align with your deadline, discuss your requirements with our sales team. We strive to accommodate your needs in most cases.
In many cases, we are able to do so.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make payments through our bank account, Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L, or via irrevocable LC at sight.
4. What is the product warranty?
We guarantee our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is your satisfaction with our products. Whether in warranty or not, it is our company's culture to address and resolve all customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
5. Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we always use high-quality export packaging. We also employ specialized hazardous packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature-sensitive items. Specialist and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.
6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on the delivery method. Express options are quickest and most expensive, while sea freight is best for large quantities. Accurate freight rates require details about the amount, weight, and shipping method. Please contact us for further information.
