Steel Plate Welding
Steel frames undergo annealing at over 600°C to prevent stress and ensure durability. Built to withstand years of heavy use without distortion. The automatic
pallet system supports up to 1800kg load. A more robust frame results in reduced vibration and enhanced precision. Machine
frames are reinforced to minimize twists and deformation. The robust frame is structurally integrated with the chassis via steel
bars.
Aluminum Beam
The beam body employs overall aluminum casting, followed by annealing to eliminate internal stress. The process includes
casting, annealing stress relief, rough machining, vibration aging, semi-finishing, vibration aging, and final machining. Post-tempering machining ensures beam strength, rigidity, and stability, ensuring long-term precision.
This procedure is crucial for high-speed cutting with high-power laser cutting machines.
