1. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide most documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other required export documents.
2. What is the average lead time?
For machines in stock, the lead time is within one week. For mass production, it is 20-35 working days after the deposit is received.
Lead times become effective when (1) we receive your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for the products.
If our lead times do not align with your deadline, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. We will strive to
accommodate your needs and usually can.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via bank transfer, Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the B/L copy. Alternatively, anirrevocable LC at sight is accepted.
4. What is the product warranty?

5. Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we always use high-quality export packaging, including specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage for temperature-sensitive items. Specialist packaging may incur additional charges.
6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on the chosen method. Express is the quickest but also the most expensive. Sea freight is best for large shipments. Exact rates depend on the amount, weight, and shipping method. Contact us for detailed information.
