FAQ
1. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide most documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance Certificates, Certificates of Origin, and other export documents as required.
2. What is the average lead time?
For machines in stock, the lead time is within one week. For mass production, the lead time is 20-35 working days after we receive the deposit payment.
Lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final product approval.
If our lead times do not align with your deadline, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. We always strive to accommodate your needs, and in most cases, we are able to do so.
In most cases, we are able to do so.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make payments to our bank account, via Western Union or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L, or via an irrevocable LC at sight.
Irrevocable LC at sight.
4. What is the product warranty?
We warranty our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Whether within warranty or not, it is our company culture to address and resolve all customer issues to everyone's satisfaction.
5. Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we always use high-quality export packaging. For dangerous goods, we use specialized hazard packing, and for temperature-sensitive items, we use validated cold storage shippers. Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.
6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on the method you choose to receive the goods. Express shipping is usually the quickest but also the most expensive. Sea freight is the most cost-effective for large quantities. Exact freight rates can only be provided if we know the details of the amount, weight, and delivery method. Please contact us for further information.
