1. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we provide a wide range of documentation including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other necessary export documents.
2. What is the average lead time?
For machines in stock, lead time is within one week. For mass production, it takes 20-35 working days post deposit payment.
Lead times commence once (1) your deposit is received, and (2) final product approval is given.
If our lead times don't align with your deadlines, discuss your requirements with our sales team. We strive to
accommodate your needs and usually manage to meet expectations.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made to our bank account, through Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit upfront, 70% balance upon B/L copy. Also,irrevocable LC at sight is acceptable.
4. What is the product warranty?
We guarantee our materials and workmanship. Our promise is your satisfaction with our products. Regardless of warranty status, it is our
company culture to resolve all customer issues to everyone's satisfaction.
5. Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we utilize premium export packaging. Specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage for temperature-sensitive items are also available. Note that specialist and non-standard packaging may incur additional charges.
6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on the delivery method. Express is the fastest and costliest. Seafreight is best for large shipments. Exact freight rates depend on quantity, weight, and shipping method. Contact us for precise information.
