Steel Plate Welding
Steel frames undergo annealing at over 600 degrees to relieve stress, ensuring they withstand years of heavy use without distortion. Auto
changing pallet system supports up to 1800kg loading weight. Heavier frames minimize vibration, enhancing accuracy, and the machine
frames are reinforced to minimize twists and deformation. The robust frame is joined to the chassis with steel bars.

The beam body is crafted using an overall aluminum casting method. Annealing eliminates internal stress and processes, ensuring

1. Can you supply the relevant documentation? Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other required export documents.
2. What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is approximately 7 days.
For large-scale production projects, our lead time ranges from 20 to 30 days once the deposit payment has been received.
Lead times officially commence when we have (1) received your deposit payment and (2) obtained your final approval on the products.
If our lead times do not align with your project deadlines, please discuss your specific requirements with your sales representative. We will
make every effort to accommodate your needs. In most cases, we are able to successfully fulfill your requirements.
3. What types of payment methods do you accept?
You can make payments via our bank account, Western Union, or PayPal. We require a 30% deposit in advance and the remaining 70%balance upon presentation of the copy of B/L. Alternatively, we accept an irrevocable LC at sight.

Shipping costs depend on the delivery method you choose. Express shipping is the fastest but also the most expensive. Sea freight is
