1. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide most documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other export documents where required.
2. What is the average lead time?
For machines readily available in stock, the lead time is within one week. For mass production orders, the lead time is between 20-35 working days after receipt of the deposit payment.
Lead times commence once: (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have obtained your final approval for the products.
If our standard lead times do not align with your project deadlines, please discuss your specific requirements with our sales team. We will strive to
accommodate your needs. In most cases, we are able to do so.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments to our bank account, via Western Union, or through PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Alternatively, you may use
an irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) at sight.
4. What is the product warranty?
We guarantee the quality of our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Whether within the warranty period or not, it is the
culture of our company to address and resolve all customer issues to everyone's satisfaction.
5. Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we consistently use high-quality export packaging. For hazardous goods, we use specialized packing, and for temperature-sensitive items, we use validated cold storage shippers. Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.
6. How about the shipping fees?
The shipping cost depends on your chosen method of delivery. Express is the fastest but also the most costly. Seafreight is optimal for large quantities. Exact freight rates can only be provided once we know the details of the amount, weight, and method. Please contact us for more precise information.
