Yes, we can provide most documents, such as Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance documents, Certificates of Origin, and other export paperwork as required.

2. What is the average lead time?
For machines in stock, lead time is within one week. For mass production, it is 20-35 working days after receiving the deposit.
Lead times start when: (1) we receive your deposit, and (2) we have your final product approval.
If our lead times do not meet your deadlines, please discuss your requirements with our sales team. We strive to accommodate your needs.
In most instances, we are able to do so.

3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made to our bank account, via Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Alternatively,you can use an irrevocable LC at sight.

Shipping cost depends on the method chosen to receive goods. Express is fastest but most expensive. Seafreight is best for large amounts. Exact rates depend on the amount, weight, and method. Contact us for details.
