1. Can you supply the relevant documentation? Yes, we can provide most documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other export documents as required.
2. What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is approximately 7 days, ensuring a swift and efficient process tailored to your needs.
For mass production, expect a lead time of 20-30 days following receipt of the deposit payment, guaranteeing timely and reliable delivery for larger orders.
The lead times commence upon (1) receipt of your deposit and (2) final approval of your products, ensuring clear and transparent timing.
If our lead times do not align with your deadline, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. We are dedicated to working together to
accommodate your needs. In most cases, we are able to meet your expectations with flexibility.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can remit payment to our bank account, via Western Union, or PayPal. Payment terms are: 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Alternatively,an irrevocable LC at sight is also accepted for your convenience.

6. How about the shipping fees?
The shipping cost depends on your chosen method of delivery. Express delivery is the fastest but also the most expensive.
For large quantities, seafreight is the most cost-effective option. We can provide exact freight rates once we know the details of
