1. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we provide extensive documentation including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other essential export documents as required.
2. What is the average lead time?
For machines in stock, the lead time is within one week. For mass production, the lead time is 20-35 working days post deposit payment.
Lead times become effective once (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) your final product approval is obtained.
If the lead times don't align with your schedule, please discuss your requirements with our sales team. We strive to
