1. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we provide comprehensive documentation including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other necessary export documents.
2. What is the average lead time?
For machines in stock, the lead time is within one week. For mass production, it is 20-35 working days after receiving the deposit payment.
The lead times become effective upon (1) receipt of your deposit and (2) final approval of your product specifications.
If our lead times do not align with your deadline, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. We strive to
accommodate your needs and usually succeed in doing so.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made via bank transfer, Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Alternatively,irrevocable LC at sight is accepted.
4. What is the product warranty?

5. Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we use high-quality export packaging, specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods, and validated cold storage shippers for temperature-sensitive items. Special packaging requirements may incur additional charges.
6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping cost depends on your chosen method of delivery. Express is the quickest but also the most expensive. Sea freight is ideal for large quantities. Accurate freight rates are provided upon knowing the details of the amount, weight, and shipping method. Please contact us for more information.
