1. Can you supply the relevant documentation? Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other export documents where required.
2. What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is about 7 days.
For mass production, the lead time is typically 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. This ensures we can deliver precision and quality in every unit.
The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit and (2) we have your final approval for your products. This two-step process guarantees seamless and efficient production scheduling.
If our lead times do not align with your deadline, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. We are committed to working with you and will make every effort to
accommodate your needs. In most cases, we are able to meet your specific timeline requirements.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make payments to our bank account, via Western Union, or PayPal. We require a 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance due upon receiving the copy of B/L. Alternatively,we accept an irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.

6. How about the shipping fees?
The shipping cost depends on the method you choose for delivery. Express is typically the quickest but also the most expensive option.
