Steel Plate Welding Construction
Our steel frames undergo annealing at over 600 degrees to relieve stress, ensuring durability under heavy use without distortion. The auto
changing pallet system supports over 1800kg loading weight. A robust frame results in less vibration and enhanced accuracy. The machine
frames are reinforced to minimize twisting and deformation, with the sturdy frame connected to the chassis by steel
bars, ensuring rigidity.
Aluminum Beam Construction
The beam body is constructed using an overall aluminum casting method. Annealing eliminates internal stress, followed by a series of processing steps: casting, annealing stress relief, rough machining, vibration aging, semifinishing, vibration aging, and finish machining.
Tempered machining ensures the beam's strength, rigidity, and stability. This precision is maintained over time, providing an effective guarantee for high-speed cutting with high-power laser machines.

1. Can you supply the relevant documentation? Yes, we can provide most documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other necessary export documents.
2. What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is approximately 7 days.
For mass production, the lead time ranges from 20 to 30 days after we receive your deposit payment.
The lead times commence once (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for the products.
If our lead times do not align with your deadline, we encourage you to discuss your requirements with your sales representative. We strive to
accommodate your needs and, in most cases, we are able to do so successfully.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make payments via our bank account, Western Union, or PayPal. The standard terms are: 30% deposit in advance, and 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Alternatively, we acceptirrevocable Letters of Credit (LC) at sight.
