Steel Plate Welding
Steel frames undergo annealing at over 600 degrees to relieve stress, ensuring they last years of heavy use without distortion. The automatic
changing pallet system supports a load of over 1800kg. A heavier frame means less vibration and better accuracy. The machine
frames are reinforced to minimize twists and deformation. The robust frame is joined to the chassis by steel
bars.
Aluminum Beam
The beam body adopts an overall aluminum casting method, with annealing to eliminate internal stress and processes. The process includes
casting → annealing stress → rough machining → vibration aging → semifinishing → vibration aging → finish machining. The machine is machined after tempering to ensure the strength, rigidity, and stability of the beam, maintaining its precision over time.
This ensures long-term precision, crucial for high-speed cutting in high-power laser cutting machines.

1. Can you supply the relevant documentation? Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other export documents as required.
2. What is the average lead time?
For samples, expect a swift lead time of approximately 7 days, ensuring quick delivery for your immediate needs.
For mass production, anticipate a lead time of 20-30 days post receipt of the deposit payment, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes.
Our lead times become effective when: (1) your deposit is received and (2) we have your final product approval, ensuring no delays in commencement.
If our lead times conflict with your deadline, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. We will strive to
accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. In most cases, we are successful in meeting your deadlines.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made to our bank account, via Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, and 70% balance upon the copy of the B/L. Alternatively,we accept irrevocable LC at sight.

6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on your chosen delivery method. Express is the fastest but typically the most expensive option.
Seafreight is optimal for large quantities. Accurate freight rates are provided once we know the details of
